I have been looking for suitable locations for the potential conference in Prague for some time now. I have finally found what I think is nearly a perfect location in every way: Kino Oko, a neighborhood art house cinema. It is a 25 minute walk from the very center of Prague with good tram/metro connections. biooko.net/en/ HERE IS A GOOGLE STREETVIEW TOUR goo.gl/maps/9zfd3 1) capacity 280 people 2) awesome 4K projector (of course, its a cinema!) 3) microphone/speaker system 4) cool stylish seating in the auditorium 5) nice bar and cafe 6) fast internet 7) available space for trade show area (those are the awful dark pictures here - sorry, the lights were off) (yes i took nasty pictures with my phone, i will make some panos later) After I discuss with the IVRPA and agree on pricing for the venue, well make some hotel group bookings, then we can confirm officially the prague location for 2015! I guess the tentative date period is the last week of May.
