I have been reading... In order for twin flames to unite and stay together all bodies have to blend to form a harmonious balance. That is the physical, emotional, etheric, spiritual and mental bodies have to merge. The 1st of the bodies to merge is usually the physical bodies which is usually the easiest and m...ost fun and takes place when the two come together. Afterwards the pair usually have to separate as this is when the difficulties emerge. The hardest bodies to merge is the emotional bodies as this is where most of our reactions, pattern and behaviour reside. A twin flame relationship can not compare to any other normal relationship but it is normal when separation occurs for the twins to feel pain for what they have lost. This pain only comes from the expectations we place on relationship patterns based on our past experiences. Once we come to accept that this is not a normal coupling and therefore separation is necessary then we can let go of these expectations which then allow us to grow. By staying in our pain we are creating blocks and therefore hindering our twin flame union. For those who are the chaser and therefore experiencing this separation pain due to our expectations and loss we feel we are experiencing, it is not uncommon to blame the runner for this separation. By realising our own sign of emotional immaturity will allow the prossess to union to quicken.
