I have been reluctant to share this because my before picture was at a time when my medical issues had consumed me, and I was at my lowest point ever. With the help of many good doctors, family, friends & gastric bypass surgery, I had the courage to accept the things that I could not change & the determination to change the things I could. My total weight loss was 150 lbs! I still have a lot of medical issues, but I know longer let that define who I am. I feel I was given a second chance at life, and do not plan on wasting even one day of it!!
