I have been seeing some of this in Fort Garry as well. Anybody else? Winnipeg water has a pretty bad history with discoloration and smells especially in the summertime if Shoal Lake has some serious algae. But over a prolonged period of time and over a reasonably large area, is something that needs immediate attention. Maybe this is a good thing! Right as we are about to get the toxic waste out of our water maybe the city should be doing some serious water pipe replacing so our nice hydrofluosilicic acid free water can start off running through nice clean pipes with no hydrofluosilicic acid residue or any kind! Still though, this needs to be dealt with City of Winnipeg! At a rapid pace too, thank you. -Todd.
