I have been struggling about how to do this for some time now and just put it to paper this morning. Many of you know my battle with balder cancer since 1991 it has consumed much of my life. I went in for a checkup in October and received news that the cancer is now to a point that the doctors feel the only way to save me is with a radical cystectomy that is the removal of the entire bladder and is indicated for recurring bladder cancer or when bladder cancer is in advanced stages., this procedure in men is called a cyst prostatectomy in which the seminal vesicles, surrounding lymph nodes and the urethra and prostate are also removed. I will be going in for per testing on the 4th of February and surgery will be the 10th. I will spend up to a week in the hospital and the next three weeks recovering. Will be staying at Jim Radar’s the week after the surgery he is my best friend and Chelsea will be at my side in this time of need. I would also like to thank all of my friends and family for their continual support and most of all their love.
