I have been thinking a lot about ways to stay healthy and incorporate different work-outs into my everyday life. I have always been athletic and loved a challenge, but lately I have been thinking of ways to find some more balance and perspective in life. I have very limited experience with yoga, but am thinking that this may be something I want to explore further. Can anyone share your thoughts or experiences? :)
