I have been thinking about all this chatter about the common ground being developed all day and I need to speak up. I hope I can put my feelings into words so I do not sound silly. Number one yes we all need to send our ballots back stating that we do not want the common ground developed. Number two unless we try to contact ever property owner and tell them the importance of sending the ballot back it will be counted as a yes vote. If you truly care about GYR and our property and it value please contact Mary Lou Walker and talk to her. She knows much more than I about all of this and what she has to say is very important. I spoke with her last evening and my head is still spinning from what all she told me. I can tell you this is not what my husband and I thought we were getting into when we bought our little place. Now more than ever we all need to come together and STOP ALL OF THIS. If we do not we might as well take down the gates and just turn this into its own little town which is what my husband and I were getting away from when we came here. So once again please contact Mary Lou and listen to what she has to say. I know some of you may not like what I am saying nor like the fact that Mary Lou is involved. But she will speak up and honestly I believe she is doing what she can to make sure GYR get back to what it was intended to be. Thanks for at least listening to my rant.
