I have been traveling and wasnt able to download the workbook until this morning at 0230 in SFO! WHEW! Life has been calling me everywhere I go and I have been on top of my game in all those calls. Yesterday I had two ministers at row two on my airplane. She was in a wheelchair when she boarded. Her name was Maggie. All the trauma and drama of the previous church stole her health away she informed me. I leaned down out of the aisle to have my face close to hers and kissed her cheek and told her all we think and speak we create into our arena and within the body. I posted on my personal FB page about this. I reminded her about the power of the word and asked her to release that which binds her. By the end of the flight she told me I was the best minister and had saved her life. Every day I am presented with hundreds of people and they are constantly bringing gifts into my space. Great laughs, ideas, absolutely incredible curiosity comes to me daily. I ask questions and have for many years. Now I am more present, not worried about approval and am full on for my passengers and crew. Today we had some interesting people get on the plane in Oakland to fly to PHX. I was all ready to play a game with them but oddly enough they came in like they came from a funeral. All 106 of them. Hmmm? I wonder. I asked a young man if anything was happening in the world today that we in the plane flying would not hear about. He said, Like what? Oh I dont know. Anything that would make all these people look a bit stone faced as my crew member stated. He said, Um I dont think so. SO! No towers falling or big bad news I decided to roll up my sleeves and take it ON! I grabbed my drink order pad, thinking, HA! These people just havent met me yet. They NOW have something to SMILE about! With a big smile and warm heart I started at row one with the most heartfelt tone, Is there anything I can get for you to drink today? The sour faced woman, turn her frown up to a smile and said, Why YES! I would like water without ice! I said, My pleasure! Thank you! The woman next to her began to stop slouching and turned her face up at me without much of a smile until I looked her in the eyes. WHAMO! She smiled and said in a very friendly tone her drink order. I WAS ON A ROLL! All six people in row one SMILED! Moving on! ROW TWO! I had them! I took all the people in my section and zipped those frowns to smiles! Feeling very accomplished I scurried to the back galley and said, Well I played a different game with them today! The F/A in the back said, HUH? I didnt hear anything. What game? I told her and she could not believe it. She grabbed an empty trash bag and worked her way to my section and saw how responsive the people were with warmth and friendliness. I said, They may come on this plane in a funk but they sure as Love is All there IS are not leaving in a funk! NOT ON MY PLANE THEY WONT! HA! I OWN THIS! Everyone was thanking us for the fantastic flight as they deplaned. Hmmm? Now isnt that interesting. I did straight announcements and no games or jokes. And they were ALL acting like I did an entire stand up routine with song and dance etc. My flight attendants were surprised. I wasnt. I LOVE MY LIFE! YAHOO!
