I have been waiting for this webinar and was hoping an assessment of myofascial trigger points would be made in the study, it was not. The Canadian diagnostic criteria does suggest MPS as a comorbid condition to CFS. The pathophysiology of nerve involvement is interesting. Because MTrPs can create many of the symptoms noted in the study, it is a shame it was not also addressed.
