I have been watching this case for a few days now, and the situation is horrific. This dog was removed by spca from the owner for cruelty about 6 months ago, was skin and bones, no food, water, chained 24/7on 3 ft short chain, practically frozen to death due to no shelter, etc. IDIOT Judge this week dismissed charges and returned dog to owner. While away from owner, dog gained weight and looked good. Now owner has dog chained again on very short chain all the time, and yesterday in hot sun all day, today chained to garage door, chained up in basement last night. Neighbor says dog barks 24/7, even from basement at night, and she has videoed the kids that live there throwing things at the dog while it was chained in back yard. Many have called police, mayor, city council. This is in Hamilton Ohio, and spca wont help again because of judge dismissing charges. There is no anti chaining law, so cant do anything until dog is again emaciated, etc, tortured on tape and half burned up or half frozen. Then charges will again be dismissed and dog goes through it all again. HOWEVER...THERE IS COMETHING YOU CAN DO...IF YOU READ THIS FAR, THEN YOU ARE AN ANIMAL LOVER...CALL AND NUMBERS IN THIS ARTICLE, COMPLAIN, E-MAIL, ETC.
