I have bought a Samsung led TV of 40 inches series 6 with a 3d feature in it in July 2014. Later on August 6, 2014 I called up on the company given number 180030008282 for an additional warranty of 3 yrs on the purchased led. ( ticket no 846650812 ) I have calling on this given no since last three months every time I was assured that I will get a call and an engineer will visit my residence for additional warranty. I have received four calls till now that they will visit tomorrow but till date not even once the engineer visited for an additional warranty. On 29 October 2014 I called up again and gave my ticket number to know about the status the lady Ms Ojha or Oza she gave me a new ticket number and apologize and said will arrange an engineer on priority as this has been delayed and also raised a née ticket number 4184046247. But sorry to say that till date no one has visited my place. If a customer is ready to pay the charges for an additional warranty and if Samsung is not willing to cater its customers I wonder how will Samsung service its customers. I want this thing to be resolved immediately or else plz collect the led and refund me the entire amount with interest. Nitin Gaikwad
