I have decided that we need a weekly food challenge. I know when I discuss my food habits with people, I tend to eat better. So here are the rules. 1. You must accept my challenge by Saturday midnight 2. The challenge will be omitting or adding something to your diet for one week 3. I will reveal the weekly challenge on Sunday morning. 4. This eating habit will go from Sunday-Saturday. 5. You must check in and update your progress 6. There might just be a prize for my best eater :) We will do a trial run this week from Tuesday-Saturday. A little warm up round. Message below if you want to participate. I love a little competition!
