Flash back to last year when a Hwy Patrol claimed my back windows were too dark last year & insisted on opening my back door to check for contraband and I refrained from telling the jack wagon to take off his Ray Bans and he would have no trouble seeing in the back of my truck. Factory tint. Same schmuck pulled Rance over for registration last month. He went to pay it it had not been turned in yet. He finally turns it in... For vehicle inspection instead of registration. Our inspection is FINE! Now we have to drive an hour to prove our inspection is good even though we paid for it already. His cowboy trooper hat is on too tight!
