I have decided to join the Plexus family and start selling these products online. I started taking the products in August and so far I am down 15 lbs and lots of inches. It was great being at the family gathering this past weekend and everyone ask what I have been doing. Well here it is. I take two accelerators in the morning along with my pink drink and then 2 bio-cleanse and 2-probiotics at night before bed. During the day you must drink half your weight in ounces of water for the products to work. I had to set alarms to remind me to drink because I get so complacent, now all my coworkers repeat.. Drink water, drink water, with the sound of my alarms. Glad we can at least have fun with it. I have noticed a drop in my appetite though I have not had to change my diet since we eat relatively healthy already and most of the sugar cravings are disappearing. I still love my chocolate... :) Everyone knows I have migraines like no ones business. I have noticed that these have been a lot less frequent the past few months. I believe only two or three in one week of a two month span, and I can tell you they were stress related. I have been sleeping a lot more soundly up until this week but I believe it is stress related because of the dreams I have been having, hopefully this changes. Before Plexus I would toss and turn, waking up unrested and somewhat of a mess to deal with...however, since I started plexus in the first week I noticed a difference, which has stuck around until this past week. I have a a ways to go on my journey, I figured I love the products, so why not share the success with my friends and family.
