I have finished enough education to be considered quite an asset to my government. On March 19, I will be swearing in as an excepted member of the US Army Reserves. I am taking six weeks of military leave to study Arabic in Monterey, CA where I will be close to home for a brief visit. I plan to use my International Relations Masters Degree to benefit people as a very junior member of a Diplomacy Unit but we are not at unit placement yet. This is the best of all worlds. I get to keep my day job and finish my service.
