I have found over the years that when our mind is in chaos we lose track of our goals and tend to seek comfort in food and solitude 😔 for me when I feel stress or feel scattered I meditate, read a positive spiritual book, have a bath and tlk to my spirit guides 🙏 Taking a 5 min break and centering urself can help stop you from using food in a negative way 🙏 Im interested in knowing how u guys help protect against stress and stress eating 😊
