I have got an extra-ordinary invite from Radio Ramogi FM to be interviewed tomorrow (June 19, 2013) at 8.00am with a view of highlighting on the following areas: 1. The roles of the Senate and the National Assembly; 2. Whether Devolution is a necessity; 3. Whether the Senate is necessary for a full realization of Devolution. I am fully aware of the issues that the Senate has raised and the legal opinion they have sought from the Supreme Court, and I shall not attempt to go into the merits and demerits of such legal issues (that is sib judice). The time for the interview is exactly at 8.00am with radio presenter Ben Oluoch Okelo. For those who are privileged with the knowledge of the Luo dialect, stay tuned. For other Kenyans, there would be a Kiswahili version on Radio Citizen next week. Stay tuned.
