I have had it with AT&T, I now know why they are #1 in worst customer service. I stayed home all day Monday waiting on the service man (said he would be here) I called & they said so sorry well put you on the expedite list since he told you hed be there today. Hell be there tomorrow (Tue.) they called this am & said they should never had told you that, they wont be there until Thur. sometime between 8 am & 8pm....REALLY. I think all Dr.s office should tell their AT&T patients when they make an appt. come on in @ 8am well see you sometime between then & 8pm. If they dont come Thur. & fix our phones (this will be the 4th. time theyve sent someone out to fix them) Im going strictly with Verizon for everything! OK, sorry rant over!!!
