I have had it with customer service today!!!! Went to the Verizon store, and the girl helping me was texting the whole time, i have had 2 numbers continue to call every 30 min after I have asked to be on their do not call lists, and just tried to call ATT to ask about a phone/plan for Uganda, and the guy was so rude!!! Over it!! What happened to customer service?!! I am expected to be sweet and help my customers at all times, in any way I can. I guess the retail industry doesnt do the same thing. Off my soap box!!!
