I have had it with this neighbor. I dont even know what to do right now. This morning his dog got out of the yard and attacked Zombie, who was on a leash. Zombie growled, but pulled away instead of fighting back. Anna was home alone and screamed for help, but the neighbor ignored her. I know that calling Animal Control will make things worse because of my cats. Also because Zombie is a large black pit and his dog is a medium sized fluffy mutt. The police have never been helpful and in fact have always made things worse any time they are involved. This man is a hateful old bastard who has been a problem since he moved in. We have done our best to ignore him and not make things worse, but this is it. Im not sure how to proceed here, but this is unacceptable.
