I have hardly strayed out of my house without a friend, preferably two, for months, almost a year in fact. I dont want to call it agoraphobia because the farmers market is the only place I like going to and can go to. I absolutely HAD to go to my primary medical practitioner for a referral to the pain management clinic where I was a patient 5 years ago (neck injury, whiplash, hurts like hell in spring and fall with rainy cold foggy weather.) I didnt WANT to leave the house but I NEEDED TO. Ive had this condition for thirty years there is tons of information in my file. Im so fed up with electronic medical files! The docs sit and stare into that farking screen instead of looking at me! This is a health professional. Please! I feel invisible. Theres more but Im running out of steam. Interlude of classic jazz Haha, now Im happy again. Thanks facebook for being my dear diary.
