I have heard from multiple neighbors in the Tower Grove area of STL City they have seen STL County Brown Police patrolling the neighborhood and in one instance writing traffic tickets. Has anyone else had this experience? Has there been an official statement or policy change? (for those who are unfamiliar the STL City and STL County are in different counties. There are some official cooperative efforts e.g. metrolink patrol, large event support, but I am unfamiliar with neighborhood patrols being one of them.)
