I have huge issues with the High school that i will be taking up with the principal tomorrow. I am one mad Gamma. which means i have 2x the experience raising kids. I have a Grandson who was solving a math problem in his head then going to work it out on paper to see if he had it correct. His teacher demanded that he do it on paper right then. He explained to her what he was doing and her statement to him was that he was not smart enough to do it that away. REALLY..... WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE. I have told my grandchildren to be the best they can be and it is never to late to teach them selves new things or methods of learning. I admire his attempt. He as been trying this now for awhile. I guess he just did not move fast enough for her. Or she was put out because she did not want to do the job she was Hired to do. she embarrassed him humiliated him in front of his peers. Did i mention i was one mad Gamma... school better hope i cool off before i get a hold of the principal tomorrow. He went to speak to a counselor they said there was nothing he could do or his mother either. my turn....
