I have just heard from someone whom I consider to be a reliable source, that sometime in this past week, 16 children (refugees) have disappeared in Adelaide. Why? Because two of their friends, part of their network, were removed from a school and taken to a detention centre interstate. The remaining children were obviously fearful and didnt know who they could now trust. The police are searching for these disappeared children, however, they are finding it difficult. Why? because the department of immigration will not share any information with the police. Why? Because of operational security!!! This is....astonishing....appalling.... Please share and comment if you have any further information. Share...so these children, refugees and the world know that there are people/ communities in South Australia and Australia, who will happily provide shelter, food, support for refugees. No one should be sent back to countries from which they have fled in fear.
