I have not been on in a while because of my dog Guinness he has more cancer spots showing up. My dog does not deserve this and I have to accept what is happening. He never got a good start in life he was starved down to 18 lbs and covered with feces at the age of 2 years old. He was left in a basement in Sheboygan to die. He had a dog buddy that had to be euthanized he was too weak to make it. Guinness was mine the moment I put my eyes on him. He wanted to please me and was alert after his treatments of food for several weeks. This dog and I have such a special bond if I jump he jumps with me. He does everything to please me. He has been an advocate for Pit Bulls. He has helped children learn how to approach a dog and how to begin petting one. Guinness is a clown, he is loyal and has never hurt another human. He has never acted out against another human. My heart is already sadden because I know the time is coming I have to draw a line. I have already asked people to be with me because this is going to be the hardest day. A 62 lb Pit Bull that life is being cut short. Some will never know the true bond I have with him. I trained him to pull me if I was ever injured while on a trail walk. He has been with 33 other Pit Bulls and never hurt one of them. He has been around small newborn puppies and he never ever hurt one of them. He has been a true pride in my walk in life. With him my day is just a little brighter. Thinking of the day I have to euthanize him I feel like I am killing a child. It is going to be a very sad day for me. He is my friend and true buddy. I think anyone who has this kind of bond with a dog knows how I feel. I will never forget him. Social, educate and train..
