I have nothing but the highest praise for Monique Dower and her team at Belle Property Balmain. From our very first meeting I was greatly impressed by Moniques amazing energy, verve and infectious enthusiasm. Coupled with these attributes was an outstanding professionalism, efficiency and decisiveness which meant from the outset I was advised of various avenues I might choose to take with documentation being provided to enable me to make informed decisions. At all times during the process leading to auction I was kept apprised on a daily basis of what actions were being taken and why they were being taken. In fact I can state unequivocally that Moniques reporting processes are second to none. Should any problem arise, after discussion Monique would take the required action in a timely and efficient fashion and the problem would simply disappear. Nothing was ever too much trouble. On a more personal basis I found Monique to be a warm, kind, understanding and empathetic woman upon whom I could wholly rely and whose wise judgment I could always trust. She made herself available to me by mobile and email regardless of the time of day and I felt myself to be strongly supported by her throughout the selling process. On the occasions it was necessary to meet Monique at Belle Property Balmain offices I was always welcomed in a warm and friendly fashion and always left the building with a spring in my step and a feeling of a great weight of responsibility having been lifted from my shoulders. As well I must also mention the great work of Marian Kourouche, Moniques Professional Assistant, another warm, outgoing, kind, friendly and highly efficient woman with whom I had almost daily contact. At a later stage when I met up with Benjamin Martin, another member of Moniques team, he too showed himself to be equally professional and efficient and exhibited those same personal qualities characteristic of Belle Property Balmains staff members. In conclusion then without the hard work and expertise of Monique and her team, I am quite sure we would not have achieved such a brilliant outcome on auction day. For this I am eternally grateful and I am even more grateful for the warm friendship, kind understanding and professional guidance given to me by Monique which made a difficult situation able to be managed.
