I have now had two long time clients (friends) of mine message me saying they ordered snuggle sacks from someone else and they are incredibly too small. My advice is to look at photos of snuggle sacks from other photographers and if you like how it looks inquire into their vendor and order from them, even if it is on the more expensive side. Unfortunately I am also hearing that some of these vendors are saying things like it seems to work for everyone else, I make them all the same. Let your clients return their item and refund them. This makes photographers not even want to bother to let you know that something is wrong. They will not order from you anymore and they will let other people know not to order from you. Right your wrong. Accept feedback positively and let it help you grow. I will sometime in the future have a couple RTS snuggle sacks but since I am closing my shop I am no longer taking orders for them. I do have another vendor that I highly recommend for them, shoot me a message if you are interested. Check back a little later for another penny auction
