I have posted this question before a bout a year or two ago, but I want ask it again! I f you steal a loaf of bread because youre starving, from Pick and Pay, Shoprite/Checkers, Woolworths. Spar, etc, you will have the full might of the law thrown at you!.......... Why do these retailers AND the police then, turn a blind eye to all the shopping trolleys [all of which have been stolen] being pushed along in plain sight, by people who use them for all sorts purposes after having illegally got their clutches on them! These trolleys can cost thousands of rands, and the cost of these is passed on to the consumer! I think that these stores do not want to rattle the cages of the ANC voting block, to which these thieves belong.The next thing there will be strikes, an outcry from the parasitical NGOs and liberal society!
