I have question, are police officers not allowed to help somebody when they have been shot?. I asked this question cause I seen a video where a young man was shot yesterday (I believe) on Westend & Laporte and the young man was down by a tree and the police was just standing there while people on the street was trying to help him. And I also I seen where lil durk cousin got killed and it was reported that a lady was asking for help because he still had a pulse and breathing and the police wouldnt help.
