I have really loved seeing the faces of all my friends without make up. Some of them I have never seen without their make up on and really, they are gorgeous. My news feed has shown me that we are all beautiful but somewhere along the way have forgotten. We are bombarded with images of how we should look through the media and our peers and adhere to this subliminal message. What we forget is that there is such a thing as lighting and photoshop and untruths. Some of us were even apologising for the way we looked... when did that become an acceptable thing to do? Today I am asking you to read this blog to understand why we want you to help you strip it all back, take control and be the proud of the beautiful person that you are both inside and out.
