I have received some backlash on my support for Israel. I understand that death of civilians is nothing to praise, and I am sorry if my comments were misunderstood. I know the tensions are high in the Middle East, I know the bitterness between Hamas and Israel. The point I am making is Israel would not be firing back at Hamas if Hamas wouldnt have shot anything towards Israel. The missiles sent from the Hamas side were shot with no warning, and no regard to where they might hit and who they might kill. Israel is prepared for these attacks by having an amazing missile defense system, however that does not mean they have an endless supply of these defense missiles. If they casually continue to let Hamas missiles strike Israel merely relying on their defense system they will eventually run out. Any Nation that would be suffering these strikes, and forcing 80% of their population into bomb shelters would be expected to strike back as well. Israel warns Hamas of where a missile will strike. They give them a chance to remove their civilians from these impacted areas, Hamas intentionally sends their civilians into these dangerous areas in hopes of their people dying so that they can play on the heart strings of the media and the world. Israel is defending against an attack they did not start. Hamas has created this event and we cannot expect Israel to passively let this continue. #Israel #Hamas
