I have repeatedly seen the Department, let my son who is now removed from his siblings, and digress into a State of aggressive behavior. I have record after record from La Familia in regards to this. Prior to the involvement of the Department I have Medical records show repeated interest in the removed sibling’s record. This is not the first on record event. The removed child, (Whom is reported to be happy) requires a specific kind of discipline that is lacking for him right now. I ask that you allow me to coordinate with the foster mother via (Recorded Visits) in the amount of 1 hour for all the children. I assure you that after one hour sessions you will see marked improvement with both the siblings remaining in the Foster Home and the sibling removed. (4) The visits can then be monitored to examine parenting skills, (As the Treatment Plan states) by the PPW, Who is Crystal Graham; at, the Department’s discretion. Due to not only uncontrollable factors such as Time Zone differences, there is also really no obligation for any provider to extend themselves in any regards to any individual’s “family” not currently enrolled in their provision of service. It’s Federal Law The stipulation is offered by the Department… any live recordings will be in compliance with NM’s Children’s Code Law, NM State One Party Recording Law, Federal, Wire Tapping Statutes and will be given Via the Foster Parent to the PPW weekly for review. Also, my Attorney saw use in my suggested avenue of communication for I and the PPW. There has yet to be a response. It is simply more efficient for all involved. Thank you.
