I have seen so many dogs leaving Cyprus to lovely homes for the last few months. And it warms up my heart. But then in the back of my mind I have a painful signal about Blacky. Dogs come and leave and Blacky is still watching them behind the bars of his kennel. Blacky changed a bit. He used to be home dog and never new even one trouble in his happy 6 years of life, until his owner passed away last year and since than Blacky sitting behind the bars and wondering if he ever going to have his real home. One of our huskies who is alfa female taught Blacky some manners, now he is not jumping as much as he used to before. And generally everything is okay with Blacky,but recently we started to notice signs of bitterness in his eyes. The signs you can see only in rescue dogs. We did all we could for him, but as any dog, he was not born to live in the kennels, he was born to be with people, to have family and place he can call home. Please do not forget that there is Blacky and he is feeling very lonely, especially after his kennel friend Penny left to her forever home.Blacky is 6 years old, he is great with people, dogs, cats. He is fantastic dog who need home.
