I have something to say, now here after the intoxication has subsided after a great and well organized DM.( THX to Kim Henning Thierry Sanchez Michael Sifakis Bering, and judges ) For many years Ive dreamed of this, to get this sport out to the people, but it was a long and difficult road, and it felt pretty impossible, I tried the best I could through the local gym , and it also seemed fairly but we lacked the last, and then it happened one day, the day when I randomly met Thierry Sanchez at the NIKE convention and he persuaded me to try DM, shortly after I met Pierre Maegaard Knudsen, and so was Dm 2012 a reality for me, I was not the strongest, not at all !! but what really matters was, finally I met others, others who had fought for technique and strength back home in the garage, and it gave renewed hope, hope that this sport is finally able to be A` SPORT in Denmark if we helped each other and worked together, leave the old helping the new into the sport, and I who thought that I was the only nerd who was at home and trained with stranges bullets and people asked why ?? slowly but surely Thierry determined that this sport was here to stay, and THX for that Thierry !, and it began to spread like wildfire especially after a perfect DM 2013..se now after yet another perfect DM, ( 2014 ) I am sure that we are on the right path, it is maybe the same athletes who stand up upon the podie time after time, but newones are still comming and we will be more and more athlets .. we are fighting against each other in the virtual competitions, we are fighting against each other in the DM as big proud warriors who refuse to give up until we pass out, but eventually we sit at the same table and eat after a great battle, and finally we are like a big family with the same passion and thats what I think is the greatest, unity means that we can go far..THX to all the Kettlebell sport Danmark Athletes.. best regards Eric Brisson
