I have spent the last three Saturdays at competion with my family supporting The East Davidson Marching Band. I am so proud of my grandson Hunter Austin and the rest of the band. We have the last one this Sat. at Appalachian State University. I have loved every minute and enjoyed the talent ALL of the bands have displayed in their performance on the field. I want to thank my daughter Heather Smith, Ryan Beck, Hunter and Jacob Austin for making this happen for me. Hauling the wheelchair , keeping up with the oxygen and getting into the stands is no easy task. I am so blessed to have caring folks that give so much so I can be a part of making these memories. Hugs and love to them all.
