I have the honor of speaking to the employees of Grossnickle Eye Center tomorrow at their annual meeting. I am sharing this with you because I am always telling my clients that a healthy life starts in their head. This speaking engagement was an example of this for me. I was asked to speak but it is my normal day to work away from home at a doctors office. Instead of saying I cant , I chose to say..How CAN I? So I asked my manager if I could take a late lunch and use my lunch break to speak to this group! Guess what? I CAN! So excited to be able to put in to practice what I share with my clients. Im also looking forward to sharing with this group of employees on some Womens Health Issues. I am grateful for every opportunity that comes my way to coach others how to have optimal health! #healthy #happy #hopeful
