I have thought many times why would an all loving God let anything bad happen. If you try and prove that God is not culpable for anything bad happening then you would have to concede that your all loving God is unable to intervene and save the day. I have figured out that He is what He says He is despite all of the things that disturb us (mankind) take place. His ways truly are not our ways and His thoughts are not our thoughts. The rampant suffering and evil all around us happening that proves that we are the problem not Him! If all of mankind actually read and applied His manual, there would be no lack or injustice or tyranny etc etc etc. God being rich in love and slow to anger is the only reason why all of us are not destroyed! Not only does He not destroy detestable creatures that bare his image BUT he actually adopts many of them!!! If you think about your position you will find that you are really saying that God is not merciful ENOUGH! That is a bad state of mind my friend.
