I have to agree with Bill O Reilly in this case. I am sad over this loss of life. First of all This man should not have resisted, I think he would still be alive today had he not resisted. The officers should not have used the choke hold. There were 3 officers there. I wish the outcome was different. I do not hold a law degree and I have never been a police officer and I am sure that I dont know all the facts but I think this officer is responsible in this mans death. again, what a sad situation.
