I have to agree with Dr. Annette Bosworth, those of us that are gun owners do cling to our guns just as we cling to any other property we own such as our house, car or whatever other material possession we place value on. I also strongly agree with her that this country is a moral decline from liberals wanting to push God out of our lives. They wonder why crime rates, particularly violent crime are so high. The answer is simple it is a lack of spirituality in this country. Approximately 20 years ago around 95% of the country identified with Christianity in some form. Today that number is somewhere in the vicinity of 85%, a 10 percentage point drop over that same 20 year period. What have we seen? What has the benefit been of pushing religious moral values out of our society? Weve seen higher crime and violence and our youth are becoming more and more infected by this disease. It isnt saying everybody has to run around with a Bible in hand or anything of that nature. Our moral values regardless of what the left tries to tell you come from our religious foundations that were part of the founding of this great nation. You want to make a difference in Washington DC, then support non establishment candidates like Dr. Annette Bosworth because we already see what establishment candidates do.
