I have to have a somewhat scary medical procedure done tomorrow. I am a pretty tough girl, but this one has me a little weak kneed. I asked the nurse how bad it would hurt, and she said Make sure you take some pain reliever before you get here, it is pretty extreme. I replied, It hurts that bad??? She said, Anyone can handle 10 seconds of extreme pain, right? So, if you think about it, say a quick prayer for me for my nerves. I almost cancelled the procedure...and then I remembered Princess Lauren. She has been poked, prodded, cut open, stuck with needles & pic lines...I would probably save time listing what she hasnt had to go through, and she complains very little about what she has lived through in her short life...neither does her mom - Jamie DuBose. SOOOO...I decided to buck up and keep the appointment.
