I have to make a statement and I hope everyone will see how important this is. Jeannette and I have started Desert Moon only 3 months ago. Since then we have bled, sweat and sacrificed to make Desert Moon Spiritual Center a reality. But still we run into people telling us that Desert Moon is a joke that we are nothing because we yet to have water, electricity or a camp ground yet. Yes,there is not much out there yet and yes, Jeannette and I are living in a tent right now because we are clearing land and getting it ready for cabins to be brought out. But we are far from a joke. We have had many people say they support what we are doing and yet when we ask for fund raisers such as the TWO DOLLAR Challenge, Yankee Candle, BBQ etc. only a few come forward and donate yet many of you like our page or like what we are doing. I am asking you all now,do you want what we are creating to continue. We have 135 acres that we plan on creating a place for pagans to live in peace without ridicule, to come play by camping and to live your path by having a metaphysical center and retreat area. We plan on putting in meditative gardens, solar pits for raising vegetables, animal pens for raising animals. And yes a campground and retreat cabins. We plan on this being a place where pagans can come and learn from each other and have retreats. We want this to be he go to place for pagans. If we have to, we will continue on this path alone with only a few choice people that have supported us all along. But if we continue the way we are, it will take a lot longer than it would with your help. But believe me, this WILL continue. But we not only need your support by liking the page, we need your support in the fundraisers, helping us to get things done and support us in what we have started. Please show Jeannette and myself that you are behind us in this and want us to make this created a lot faster than what it will with just the few that have supported us already. ~Marcia Katt
