I have to say I am ready to put Jily behind me. It has been a month of a single high (getting my port removed from my head after six years) surrounded by tragedies. I lost three special people this month: Christina Painter-Britton and Terri Goodman Van Fossen, whom I considered two of my heroes (anyone who has fought cancer would truly understand why) and then lost a co-worker yesterday unexpectedly.
