I have tried for the last two years to be professional about this situation but I am sadden instead. The Cake Shop in Apple Valley said they would send me a gift certificate through the mail , for the leaning cake they made for me. I have yet to receive it. I am disappoint. The cake tasted awesome, but it started to lean. I did everything they asked me and at different events I spoke to their representatives , gave my number of info. Two Years later , nothing. Pictures dont lie and I did not lie, My husband payed for a cake that was upright not leaning. I can no longer send anyone or recommend anyone to them. They did not keep their word.
