I have twice tried posting a letter written in Yiddish to ViewMate - TopicsExpress

I have twice tried posting a letter written in Yiddish to ViewMate on JewishGen, for translation into English, but have had no response. So Im posting links here on TtT in the hope that someone in this group may be able to help, either by translating it, or by putting me in touch with someone who can. The letter was written in 1936 by Chawa Florkiewicz, a sister of my grandfather Lajb Frankenstein. She was writing from her home in Gombin, Poland, to another brother, Lajzer, in Tel Aviv. By the time she wrote this letter, she had already obtained permission from both the Polish and the British Mandate Authorities to emigrate to Palestine, together with some of her children and her mother (my g-grandmother). However none of the them left Poland, and all perished in the Holocaust, apart from one of Chawas daughters, Laja, who was one of those who escaped from the Warsaw Ghetto through the sewers. We presume she must have written the letter to tell her brother why she was not coming. However none of us can decipher it. Can anyone help? NB: there are two links, to pages 1 & 2, and to 3 & 4. The files can be read online, or downloaded. bit.ly/chawaletter12
