I have uploaded ~2200 photos from yesterdays Valley Harvest Marathon to both Facebook and Google Plus. I experimented with some some different exposure settings this weekend, and between that, and the way that websites compress the photos when uploaded, some of the images look kind of bad I think! But I did leave them all in as I know that some runners look after each event to see if I captured a photo of them. There are three ways to get each photo: Google+, Facebook, or request the full resolution original photo file. What is the difference? Google+ host the photos in forward order (first to last), Facebook in reverse order (last to first), and both compress the photos when they save them (so they are not as crisp as the original photos, though Google+ is usually better than Facebook).
