I have vacancies for 15 waiters for a leading 5 star hotel in Hurghada, Egypt as per the following terms: Position - Waiter Qty - 15nos Eligibility criteria- Must speak english. Have prior experience of min. 2 years in fine dining restaurant or hotel. Minimum class XII pass. Degree / Diploma in hotel management not mandatory but preferred. The candidate must be hard working, flexible, be able to adapt to new culture, physically fit. Should be able to live long away from family. Salary - USD 450 reviewed after 6 months (Approx. Rs. 27000 per month) Duration of contract - 2 years Air ticket - Provided yearly Paid leave - 21 days per year Public holidays - 14 per year Medical - Provided by company Food and accommodation - Free. No special food will be provided. It is as per staff meals. Probabtion period - 3 months Penalty clause - If an employee leaves within one year. Duty hours - 10 hours per day. Duty hours may increase depending due to nature of the industry. Weekly off - 1 day Overtime - No guarantee. Compensatory offs are given for extra time worked or overtime. Tips/gratuity - As per company policy Process time - 2 months. As work permit is involved and government procedures, its difficult to give exact time frame. Documents to be submitted - all in soft copy: 1. CV in word format with passport size pic pasted on top right column with a smiling face. All education and employment must have start and end dates in chronolgically descending order. Duties and responsibilities must be added. Documents below must be scanned as jpg images. 2. Education - Xth onwards scanned. 3. Experience - Industrial training till date. 4. Passport copy - First, last and any observation or data page/ECR/ECNR page. Flie name should be nature of document eg or Email mu7st have Waiters Egypt in subject field with name of candidate. One mail per candidate must be sent and not clubbed together. Deadline for receiving CVs and documents - 2nd August 2014 Extra costs to be borne by the candidate - Attestation by the ministry of external affairs and embassy visa fee - all total approx Rs. 5000. This expenditure will be reimbursed by the hotel on actuals after joining. Payment terms - Rs. 10,000 (refundable in case of non-selection) along with submission of documents. This is non- refundable in case candidate refuses offer letter. Rs. 45,000 after offer letter. Rs. 25000 after work permit Refunds: 1. Rs. 10,000 in case offer letter is not received 2. Rs. 40,000 in case work permit is not issued. 3. No refunds will be made once the work permit process starts 4. Rs. 45,000 in case visa is refused. No refunds will be made in case false information/documents are provided. Return Air ticket - Will be provided to the candidate.
