I have watched that thing with Kurt and Brad a couple of times and really the angle that i have seen it from, i am not sure there was anywhere for Kurt to go, it sort of appears that Brad was out in the drive and Kurt was sort of squeezed between him and other cars going down pit lane. I am not trying to make Kurt the good guy in this but it just looks to me like he had no where to go. any other ideas.
