I have what appears to be some sort of bug bite on the posterior surface of my right arm. Its about an inch long and half an inch wide. It has red regions among whiter regions. Around the red/white regions the skin is a bit yellow. It has no clear borders. The skin is a bit tender and it used to itch. At the center is a pinkish-white bump. I cannot examine this bump closely enough to determine whether it contains bite marks. My questions are: What is it? Should I be worried? Should I see a physician? Should I treat? How? I appreciate anybody who gives me advice for this!
