I havent been on this site for several months as most of you know when i was in town about 4 or so months helping take care of my mom battling lung cancer..3 rounds of chemo, the side effects of chemo and the blood clot and falling fm it and so on…never once did she complain…as a matter of fact my brother in law officially now brother and Tena sis moved in with her for a year…took her places, rented wheel chairs and took her to Boulder CO to C her granddaughters last play of her college year, Disneyland and the Pantageous Theater..Not so easy for them..Never had a nurse and gave her her last wishes that she live in her apt till the end…at the very end we moved her to Berkley East and they were amazing and it got to hard but she also wished all of us 3 stayed close and Brianna..Grandaughter sang to her and they taped it and played it for her and when it was to much…she went peacefully in her sleep. I miss my mommy so much…Ill be out this weekend again God willing as have a bkn ankle! ;( but we are planning to have a get together at a good friend and sisters house and would love to see all of you that knew us and my mom…will let you know when and where and you can message me so we will know…Wed love any stories and pics you have of her with us and HER LAST WISH WAS TO CELEBRATE MY LIFE AND DONT MOURN MY DEATH so we want as hard as it will be to do that and give her the send off that she deserves at almost 93 years Young..she loved life and wanted to live 4 ever!!! For all of you who were there for us this sad year, thank you so much for just knowing you were there and holding us all together…Ill be around a couple of weeks and would love to get together with you who are still around…found pics fm samo and all..never found yearbooks but hope to bring them and spend quality time with you all who are interested in doing so…all my love, Peggie
