I havent given a Genessa update in a while, with our wedding and the move and the new condo and all that... Genessa had some bladder stones a year or so ago. We switched her over to the CD food which dissolved the ones at the time, but others formed in their place. She actually started spraying a bit, something shes never done, which we saw as her cry for help. We took her in and were told she needed surgery. Last Tuesday she had her surgery to remove two decent sized bladder stones and to remove the bloody urine from her system. Sinse then she has been on the mend, a little lethargic from the pain meds, but as affectionate as ever. She hasnt started playing again yet, but the stitches are still healing so thats good. She/s fine on the stairs and is in constant need of a lap. She should be good as new as soon as the sutures heal and ready to play with her new toys.
